I have known Colombia since 2003 and became a homeowner in Cali in 2010. I bought an old house, in bad condition, and built 3 beautiful apartments. It is located in the historic district of San Antonio.
Since then, I have been managing the rentals of my properties. I also manage those of other Swiss and French owners.
I deal with buying and selling of real estate. I advise on the Colombian real estate market, which I constantly observe.
